LillyBee Art is a small business based in Sydney, Australia. Below is important information regarding our shipping policies for both domestic and international orders.

All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and then dispatched once payment has been made. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping is calculated based on total combined weight of your order. Shipping estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer domestic shipping within Australia, with shipping costs for most items calculated based on the weight of the products. Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note orders containing only stickers and/or decals are shipped via letter postage. Select one of the following two options at checkout:

  • Untracked letter postage: $1.95
  • Tracked letter postage: $4.95

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • New Zealand
  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

International parcel shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note orders containing only stickers and/or decals are shipped via letter postage. No tracking number is provided for international letter postage. Letter postage costs are as follows:

  • New Zealand: $2.95
  • United States: $3.95
  • Canada: $3.95
  • United Kingdom: $3.95

Free Local Pick-Up

We offer free local pick-up for customers in Sydney. Our pick-up location is in Bankstown, NSW 2200. Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you to organise a convenient time for pick-up. Be sure to provide accurate contact details, including your phone number and email address, when placing your order.

Shipping Delays

During busy periods (such as the lead-up to Christmas), there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience during these times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
