At LillyBee Art, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our returns and refund policy below.
Returns
Initiate your return by contacting us via the Contact Us page or email us on hello@lillybeeart.com.au. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of you receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We accept returns for all items except those listed below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Personalised items
- Custom orders
- Downloadable products
- Sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take several days to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@lillybeeart.com.au
The total refund will be minus any original shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged. This does not cover damages or breakages that occur after use (e.g. breaking a mug after dropping it). To request an exchange, send an email to hello@lillybeeart.com.au with proof of damage (including a clear photo of the item). If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the damaged item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return Shipping
Once your return has been approved by a member of our team, mail your product to the return shipping address that will be provided to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
