How to order a custom product
Ordering a custom product from LillyBee Art is easy! Here’s how:
- Contact Us: Reach out via email or Instagram DM with your request. You’ll be sent a form to fill out with the details of your custom piece, including reference images, specified product, and deadline.
- Payment: Once your custom design and price are confirmed, full payment must be made before work begins. All prices are listed in AUD, and payments can be made via direct transfer or PayPal.
- Design Stage: With your input, we’ll work together to design the product. During the design stage, you can request up to 3 minor revisions.
- Production: Once your design has been finalised and you confirm you’re happy with it, we will make your order. You will be updated once your order is completed.
- Shipping: When your order is completed, it will be shipped via courier. You will be provided with a tracking number and estimated delivery time frame.
- Feedback: Please let us know once you receive your order and if you’re happy with it. Photos of the products in action and reviews are greatly appreciated!

Terms & Conditions
- Refunds & Cancellations: Full refunds are available during the design stage. Once the design is approved and production starts, partial refunds may be offered. No refunds will be given once the item is made due to the personalised nature of the products.
- Rush Orders: Your order must be placed at least two weeks in advance. The earlier the better! If you’re on a tight deadline, a 25% rush fee will be added to your total.
- Creative Freedom: While I love working with your ideas, every custom piece reflects my unique style. Check out all the customs on this page to get a sense of my artistic approach before placing your order!
- Designs & Revisions: During the design phase, you can request up to 3 minor revisions. Make sure to regularly check your email or DM for updates during this stage — the faster you respond, the faster we can make your order! Once the design is finalised and production starts, no further changes can be made.
- Regular Updates: You will be provided with regular updates during each step of the custom process. Make sure to keep checking your email or DM, as we require confirmation from you before moving onto the next stage.
